Eda Kalayci joined KLU in September 2019 as a PhD candidate in the field of Marketing under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jan Becker (Kühne Logistics University), and her research focuses on omni-channel retailing.
She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Transportation and Logistics at Istanbul University, and her Master’s degree in Production Management and Marketing at Marmara University in 2018. In her Master’s thesis, she studied the relationship between owned and earned media activities of firms, trust and consumer loyalty constructs.
During her Master’s degree she worked as a Research Assistant at Istanbul Gelisim University in the field of Logistics.
